This is a shop dirctly managed by an egg farm located in Ohara, Kyoto. Popular items include the notamago pudding, which is made for fertilized eggs from floor-fed hens, and the cream puffs, which are only sold on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays (from about 11:00 a.m.).
